But in today’s world where acceleration and agility remain at the highest it has ever been, and it’s hard to differentiate between good from bad, need from want and mediocrity from exceptional, impact Leadership seems to be the sort of leadership we seem to be so short of. While the definition and traits of leadership have dramatically changed in the last decade, it has never been as important as it is now for leaders to create a positive impact and influence the social economic milieu.
