The Work360 foundation aims at changing the future of tech by creating new work paradigms that leverage the power of human connections aided by technology and not the other way round.
How do we do it
The proliferation of technological innovations means Tech organizations need to be able to adapt and change at an even faster pace and truly imbibe a perpetual-learning culture. This means the workforce need to acknowledge, accept and adapt themselves to these ever-changing landscapes. More often there is investment budget and gravitation towards building the technical skills but not enough focus on building the mindset to put these technical skills to the right use.
As they say you can bring the horse to the water but cannot force it to drink. Analytical thinking and innovation, active learning and learning strategies, Complex problem solving, creativity, originality and initiative are all skills that can be learnt and harnessed and when put into practice they help individuals and organizations discover their strengths & power to lead with excitement & vigor.
The key point is that these skills need to be integrated into the workflow so that they’re delivered when needed. This might be called a “LearnOps” approach, where learning is built into the operations. We work with both individuals and organizations to ensure they contribute to the positive evolution of the workforce, work communities & environments and societies.
